Passionate about movement, the ocean, cooking and learning new things about the human being and how to enhance their capabilities, Sofia studied Medicine but ended up graduating in Law and Management.
After working in consulting firms and startups, she didn’t feel fully fulfilled, so decided to dedicate herself 100% to what she really loves, creating ESSE MOOD.
With 400 hours of training certified by the Yoga Alliance and a graduation as Integrative Health & Nutrition coach from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition of New York, through ESSE MOOD, she aims to share her continuously growing passion for Yoga and all the knowledge she has been acquiring, blending the latest science with timeless practices, inspiring you to become your best version.
